30-Day Happiness Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

How to Return

1. Email resonixshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll email you a prepaid UK return label (international customers cover return postage).

3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it at any post office.

Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. We’ll notify you by email as soon as your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
